Hahahaa. Excellent. Did you give the card before or after he had the operation? I just thought seeing the scalpel before the op might fill him with terror! :-)
Just after thankfully - it was all a bit of a rush to get it done as I only had a day to get it done - the mad fool was back at work the day after his operation! I'd have strung it out a week at least...

Was it worth it when he was back the next day? Strewth! I'm having a filling done in a couple of weeks. Any chance of a card?
